Tram is my name. However, if you find it difficult to pronounce my name, you can call me as Ms Cauley. First, allow me to share a little about myself. Teaching is one of the jobs that I have interest the most, and I have been instructing students of all ages for nearly 2 years. Some of you might wonder why I enjoy teaching in this way so much. Because when I was a little child, I struggled quite a lot with learning English. The least preferred language for me to study in the past was English. That is why I think I can relate to what students are going through right now quite well. By knowing that difficulties, I did make a decision to change my teaching methods. Instead of being a teacher in a class, I would like to be a person who can be close to you as your best friend. Because in my opinion, children learn and share more with their peers than they do with adults. With this approach, I already made so many students feel easier to learn English.
